Is it when we feel an emotional connection? Is it when we are physically intimate with another?
All of us thirst for a feeling of being loved and accepted by the people we care about. I help my clients deepen their connection to themselves resulting in a powerful experience of closeness in all of their relationships. If you are interested in rekindling the flame of desire or strengthen an emotional bond, I can help.
I am truly inspired by the growth that is possible when one is committed to unleashing one’s own potential. I am also fascinated by how often times the first signs of a weak spot in a relationship shows up in the area of sex. Which is why the idea of empowering sexual health in both individuals and couples alike provides great insight into what needs to be addressed.
According to the combined efforts of the World Health Organization and the World Association of Sexology, sexual health is defined as the experience of the ongoing process of physical, psychological and social-cultural well-being related to sexuality.
Sexual health is evidenced in the free and responsible expressions of sexual capabilities that foster harmonious personal and social wellness, enriching individual and social life. It is not merely the absence of dysfunction, disease and/or infirmity.
For sexual health to be attained and maintained it is necessary that the sexual rights of all people to be recognized and upheld. Therefore sex therapy serves that mission.
Sexual health is merely just an aspect of our overall expression.
- Sexual health is unique to each of us.
- Sexual health changes over the span of our lifetime.
- A sexually fulfilling relationship benefits both the body and the mind. If you need help getting back on track with your partner, I can help. We will work on discovering what is needed to reach your full potential as a sexual couple.
